Thu Thiem Bridge was opened in December 2010 conveniently linking City Garden to the new city center as well as to Nguyen Huu Canh Street. In early 2011, the District received guidance to commence work in widening Ngo Tat To Street to 25 meters and tying in with Xo Viet Nghe Tinh Street. The neighborhood will have all the advantages of the infrastructure upgrade without the inconvenience of living directly on top of it – and adjacent property prices are already beginning to reflect the future value of the area.
