Finance options are available through our partner banks Vietinbank, Vietcombank and Sacombank. The following summarizes financing requirements and loan terms.
Borrower
• Vietnamese citizen
• Proof of income and personal assets
• Sale and Purchase agreement of City Garden
Features
• Loan rate: borrowers can borrow up to 70% of capital requirements in maximum and not exceeding 70% of the value of security
• Loan currency: VND • Loan term: up to 20 years
• Lending interest rate: in accordance with existing lending rates table in VND announced in various periods
• Lending modes: loan on reducing balance, loan by installment payment (periodically, quarterly) or loan on fixed balance.
• Put up the purchased City Garden apartments as collateral or other securities accepted by the Bank.
• Release:
* The customers who open accounts at associated banks.
* Customers shall pay at least 30% the contract value or required loan in advance if the collateral is City Garden apartments.
* Release in accordance with the process of executing the project stipulated in the sale & purchase contract.
